From humble beginnings to becoming Turkey's premier executive coaching firm

Our journey began in 2010 when three seasoned business leaders—Ahmet Yılmaz, Elena Petrov, and Michael Chen—recognized a critical gap in Turkey's rapidly evolving business landscape. With Turkey's economy expanding and local companies increasingly engaging in international markets, executives were facing complex leadership challenges without adequate support systems.

Starting with a modest office in Istanbul's financial district, our founding team initially focused on providing one-on-one coaching to C-suite executives in the banking sector. Our unique approach combined international best practices with deep cultural understanding of Turkish business norms, creating immediate resonance with clients seeking world-class development without sacrificing cultural relevance.

By 2015, our reputation for delivering measurable leadership transformation had grown substantially, leading to our expansion to Izmir. This strategic move allowed us to better serve clients in manufacturing and export sectors, which were particularly strong in the Aegean region. That same year, we developed our proprietary "Turkish Leadership Compass" assessment tool, specifically addressing the unique leadership challenges faced by executives operating in Turkey's complex business environment.

Today, we stand as Turkey's leading provider of executive coaching services, with a team of certified coaches serving clients across multiple industries and leadership levels. Ayşe specializes in female leadership development and cross-cultural management. Prior to joining our team, she served as HR Director for a multinational corporation and holds an MBA from Boğaziçi University and coaching certifications from Harvard Business School.
