2010: The Foundation
Our journey began in 2010 when three seasoned business leaders, each with over 20 years of corporate experience, recognized the growing need for specialized executive coaching in Turkey's rapidly expanding economy. Starting with a modest office in Istanbul's financial district, we initially focused on serving C-suite executives in the banking sector. Our founding philosophy centered on blending international best practices with deep local business understanding, creating a unique value proposition that resonated with Turkish business leaders seeking world-class development opportunities without sacrificing cultural relevance.
2015: Expansion to Izmir
By 2015, our reputation for delivering measurable leadership transformation had grown substantially, leading to our expansion to Izmir, Turkey's third-largest city and an important commercial hub. This strategic move allowed us to better serve clients in the manufacturing and export sectors, which were particularly strong in the Aegean region.
